BE MODERATE AND CONCORD WITH THE SITUATIONS OF GNOSTICS

Those who wanted to be acquainted with the issues of Gnostic must be moderate and concord with the situations of Gnostic in order to rescue themselves from extra ordinary and exclusive conditions.

In this respect the great men has regarded detestation which is one of the negative situation to be obtained regards the negative issues and likewise deliberation and zeal which is one of the positive situation must be obtained in the positive issues and to have concord with each other because the corollary of development in spiritual issues is concord and moderation.

Just as electricity need positive and negative wire in order to on a bulb likewise the spiritual issue need negative and positive situation to be concord and to make use of both of them at their appropriate places.

Then just as the heart needs the existence of guardianship of the holy household of the Prophet (peace be upon him) likewise there is need for the existence of denouncing the enemies of the guardianship.

Just as we need to have detestation situation towards the insurgents and the oppressors likewise we need to have zeal and keenness situation towards the good and splendid ones; for this reason the real inhabitant of Gnostic must be moderate and concord the frustration and repugnance situation they are having as a result of the condition of the society and the world with zeal and cheerfulness in spiritual issues so that he may not fall victim to every thing.

With this reasons the commander of the faithful (peace be upon him) has defined zeal as the personal situation of a Gnostic and said:

Zeal is the exclusive personality of the Gnostics.[1]

Even though they clash with repugnant issues that disturb their lovely soul and they are afflicted with laziness and obstruction of the soul, but they distance that from themselves through zeal and cheerfulness and with this they were able to create concord and moderation in themselves.

In this respect the commander of the faithful (peace be upon him) when defining a real believer to his companion “HAMMAM” he said:

Laziness is far from him while zeal and cheerfulness is always with him.[2]

In this respect the school of thought of the holy household of the Prophet (peace be upon them) has taught us that: the hopelessness that is create in us as a result of sin can be amended with cheerfulness and concentration to the pardon and forgiveness of Almighty Allah. It came in the supplication we read after offering two units of prayer on Friday that:

O’ Allah! If my sins have made me to be despair, cheer me up with Your pardon and forgiveness.[3]

Knowing the issue of extension and taking of soul is among the most important issues in spiritual and Gnostic situations which is very necessary to concentrate upon.

Due to the effect of sin people relinquish taking and obstruction of soul and due to the impact of concentration upon pardon and forgiveness of Almighty Allah because pardon and forgiveness of Almighty Allah brings happiness and cheerfulness, he will relinquish the situation of extension of soul.

Therefore after committing sin you must repent and seek for pardon and forgiveness so that there will be concord and moderation between the situations of extension and taking soul. Definitely concentration on pardon of Almighty Allah takes away the situation of taking soul because it is happiness and it create the situation extension of soul.

The commander of the faithful (peace be upon him) said:

Happiness strengthens and spread the condition of the soul and entices cheerfulness in it.[4]

Then if someone has committed sin, he must make the moderation of the situation of taking and obstruction through the means of happiness and cheerfulness that is obtained through concentration to pardon and seeking forgiveness from Almighty Allah so that it will not cause despair and hopelessness and repetition of sin in him.

Therefore, the necessity of keeping the moderation of the situation of the soul is very obvious and those who have inclination towards flying of their soul must be cautioned that flying is with two wings if not falling down is inevitable. Then in order to make use of two wings, the moderation between two opposite situation must be created in you.
