What is the Impact of Nearness and closeness to Almighty Allah?

Presently we are going to expound the important and wonderful impact that is created by closeness and nearness to Almighty Allah.

Among the signs of closeness to Almighty Allah and the pure holy household of the Prophet (peace be upon them) is the inactive of the internal eyes, ear and to obtain spiritual and immaterial power; therefore at the time where person have developed towards immaterial nearness to Almighty Allah, he will be placed in the position of those whom Allah love and will be among the beloved one of Almighty Allah; by the time whereby person is among the beloved one of Almighty Allah, he will be bestowed with immaterial powers.

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) quoting from the holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his progeny) that Almighty Allah said:

Whoever humiliates the good servants of mine is ready to wage war against me. My servant would not be closer to Me with what I love among what I have made incumbent for him; but undoubtedly he will be closer and nearer to me through the recommended acts (Nawafil) until I love him, and when I love him, consequently I would be his ears which he hears with, his sight which he sees with, his tongue which he speaks with and his hands which he touches with. If he calls me I will definitely answer him and grant him if he requested from Me.[1]

These issues that came in this narration are created as a result of nearness and closeness to Almighty Allah; and base on this, hearing the heavenly voice, seeing the divine faces, discovering the secrets and divine wisdoms, doing difficult things with the power of Almighty Allah and acceptance of supplication is among the favor that at the end will encompasses the situation and the state of the closer and nearer ones to Almighty Allah and the holy household of the Prophet (peace be upon them).
