THE LIMITATION IN SCIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

THE LIMITATION IN SCIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

Another factor which has caused despair to people concerning science and knowledge is its limitation, especially concerning soul of which humanbeing enjoys little knowledge about it. The holy Qur'an in this respect says:

«وما أوتيتم من العلم إلاّ قليلاً ».

"And of this knowledge you (mankind) have been given only a little."[1]

Until the moments when humanbeing is not perfectly effective and even the most genius scientists only make use of little part of their brain, how would humanbeing be able to understand the tremendous mysteries of this great concealed world?

This is a reality which has been stressed in the narration of the holy household of the holy Prophet (Peace be upon them) and the westerns are currently knowing that, so far the period of occultation continues and humanbeing didn't reach perfection in knowledge and their brain is not perfectly effective, science and knowledge shall remain in limitation.

With this explanation, how would limited science and knowledge be able to solve the unknown problems and would it change the gloomy world to scholarly city?

Due to the effect of not answering a lot of the society's questions and hence a lot of problems remain unanswered, people are aware that science and knowledge are unable to set aside the abnormals and problems of the society.

This is a reality which has been confessed by many scientists. Now it is enough for us to quote the statement of some scientists in this respect:

1- Science is having an actual and accurate limit and it will never be able to give except in the area which we've make research on.

Science in reality is telling us how the earth rotate round the Sun, how humanbeing is born and die but it can not answer why it happened  i.e. except the cases which is probably a subject of its experiment which during its explanation by allusion another target become apparent.[2]
