CIVILIZATION IN THE GREAT WORLD

Another scientist in astronomy like Dr. "Atzastro"  "Carrel Sagan" and "Frank" and some others in 1961 at "green bank" which situated in western Virginia met with each other and presented a shocking view and announced that: In this vast world, there are between forty to fifty million (40,000,000 to 50,000,000) sphere (globes) that exist in it, its inhabitants struggle in a way they gave us sign or vice versa, they hear the communications made in the earth.

A French scientist by name "Morris Shatlan" is formerly one of the experts in America space institution, at least in three occasions received sign of radio which shows that probably this sign is from the space and it was transmitted from the side of the intelligent existence and again it appears that some cosmic world struggle in this means of their presence, they announced to the scientists in astronomy from other planets.

Two space scientists of the former soviet i.e. Troatsky and Kardashef, this mysterious radio signs which was sent from the space for some years was received in soviet through their four radio stations.

These signals are not dispatched from a satellite or from a spacecraft made by human being, if not why this signal was discovered some years before the first spacecraft that was shut to the space?[1]

Up till now (113) one hundred and thirteen communications through this way and more that two thousand five hundred communications through other means of communication and other transmitted communication through various and many machineries from territorial space to the earth was received and each of them is having luminous bodies that is trailing them, they gave report and their communication was received. The cassettes concerning that were also brought to the earth; meanwhile there is no doubt that this communication is sent from another globe and another world entirely but up till now it is not known what these communications are saying and what is more important is that from where does it came from, possibly the governmental institutions knew this mysteries but they did not divulged it especially they said the communication was sent from another globe to the international institution and it is in the possession of this institution but they desist from divulging it.[2]
