Now in order to get our mind closer to the subject matter we will mention some incidents which prove the possibility of disposition and changes in animals, and until implementation of justice becomes clear there is need for a change in the existence of animals, meanwhile this act with ease shall take place through disposition in the brain and the nervous system of the animals.

A person by name "Delgado" has embarked on a wonderful and apprehensive exhibition although we shall bring forth the summary of his program:

A big iron castle was open and a huge cow came out from the darkness of the castle and jump into the middle of the field while it goes straight forward to "Delgado", the most sensitive part of Delgado's body indicates so dull. The minds of tens of thousand spectators, photographers and newsmen was suppressed likewise apprehension and fear was thrown in the auspices atmosphere which there was no silence for the courage to oust of this ocean of fear.

Only the voice of the four legs angry cow that is heading towards the man in the middle of the field is heard. Everyone is waiting for the time when the cow will throw Delgado into the sky or to split his chest with its sharp horns. For the fact that "Delgado" is not wearing cow player's dress and not having their red mantle and instead of sword he is in possession of a small black box which was like a radio transmittion having some installed buttons. The cow with high speed until when it remains ten steps before Delgado, all minds become suppressed, and it remains a while for the cow to get Delgado down. Meanwhile the entire eyes were focus towards one point and no one knows what shall precisely happen.

Delgado press the button and the cow hold its two legs like brake and draw in the field for some meters. During this situation all eyes are upon Delgado while the cow sadly, slowly and voluntarily retreated back to its initial station. People are still afraid that if they shouted the angried cow may come back but then the cow is no more in angry situation.

"Delgado" by his transmitter through a very thin wire which has connection with the nervous system of the cow has commanded it to get back.

Not only it dispatches little electricity, but it has given command for its retreat and it has also change the nervousness feeling of the cow to peace and repose.

The cow which has reached the end of the field and once again the entire people saw "Delgado" with the buttons of the box helding towards the other side.

The cow stood watching "Delgado" and again with indignation pounded to the field with more speed and heads towards him. "Delgado" with calmness back the cow and commenced trekking to the other side of the field, he only heard the voice of the cow's legs with little distance from him, he then press the buttons while the spectators are in a state of fear, amazement and perplexity, the helpless cow again hold its legs like brake and turn back. The crowd shouted but the cow went back in calmness and quietness.

The exhibition was repeated several times and every time it shows that by stimulating the electric nervous system of a cow one is able to make some reformation and changes in the wishes of an animal and can persuade it towards the opposite side of its desire.[1]

By mere injecting an animal it will become unconscious to open its scalp and create a subtle hole on the skull and a thinly wire through the whole to reach the nervous system, the tip of the wire comes out through the scalp while the surgery be dressed so that the trace of the wound is well treated.

A small receiver which works with battery is connected with tip of the wire which works with certain wave, this receiver's duty is to flow little part of the electricity to the nervous system of the animal in order to stimulate it.

With this arrangement person is able to put the act of an animal to his desire and choice.[2]

In 1960 a group of researcher discovered a system which one is able to bring one external electric realm in stimulating the nervous system without dipping an electrode into the brain, the electric traces and experiments for electric stimulation which is presently obtained and easily and simply accomplished.
